The staff and the easygoing atmosphere in this place were amazing! Everything was fun, but also respectful of others. The communal foyer is very relaxing and social (if you want it to be), with complimentary pool table, Table Tennis and Fußball. There was also a 'Spin the Wheel' for each guest during check in with prizes for each guest ranging from keyrings to a bottle of prosecco! The rooms were immaculate and the views from the 9th floor were incredible. It might be a little bit of a walk away from most amenities, but it's worth it if you're fit! Also this was during the Euro Soccer Tournament, and each day you were greeted with a free drink to reflect the teams playing that day! Loved the Flugels. ! All in all, while the location might seem off-putting, if you can put up with an extra 5 minutes of walking, it is more than worth it. 5 Stars.

The welcome was great, a very hot day and drinks available at reception. My (soon to be) 8 year old daughter was able to choose a 'gift' (she chose a dutch chocolate bar), the receptionist was lovely. Room had fans (no a/c I couldn't find), rubbish views of the industrial estate, but the street art and the birds are nice touches. No restaurant, so only MacDonalds next door really as an option with a tired family. The breakfast was really fun, and enough, and the lady hosting was engaging with my daughter, and set us up for a great day. Easy access out of the city, which was important. And I left our toothbrushes...oops.

We were pleased with the room and amenities provided. Our room on the sixth floor was spacious and offered a fantastic view of the cityscape, which made it feel even more special. The layout included a convenient kitchen area, equipped with a fridge, microwave, sink, kettle, coffee maker, and all the basic dishes and utensils. This setup was ideal for making small meals and drinks in the comfort of our room, which we really appreciated. The receptionist was incredibly helpful and welcoming. The hotel's location was also quite good—about a 20-25 minute walk from the central railway station.

Nice hotel, we had a corner room with a really cool view over The Hague. Everything was clean. Free parking available. The welcome message promised we can get complimentary coffees at the reception once a day "for a cozy start", but when we asked for them the woman said they don't do that during breakfast (which wasn't included for us)! Well, she made an exception for us but that would've been nice to know beforehand. You have to walk a bit if you want to take the bus to the center, but when you return it stops basically in front of the hotel.

The man who greeted us at reception was really kind and friendly, great with our kids, I'm sorry I forget his name but thank you to him for a nice welcome! The other staff we spoke to were all friendly and helpful too. Our room was a good size for the five of us, basic but clean and had everything we needed for a one night stay. It was a good location for us, our of the city centre but easy to travel in and out, we had our car with us so not sure about public transport links. The parking was very convenient for us and great that it was free.
